I’m still figuring out the vehicle and how it will function. A brief couple of nights was spent near Eastbourne on a fabulous farm campsite, an actual working farm which mean no dogs allowed, and no noisey folk. Bliss. The rustic bed I made does the job, but I think I can lower it slightly and still get over the second row of seats, plus be able to sit up in the van. I might build out a new frame from plywood that spans the full width, and use the jigsaw to cut out for the curves around the boot end. Then install two or three drawers. I figure I’ll order a Bluetti 200 in the very near future, I don’t want to lug the big gas stove and bottle anymore.
