Trips are getting booked. Thank goodness. I could never sit still as a kid, and I still can’t as an adult. Porto for a long weekend at the end of this month. Hong Kong at the end of January into February. There’s a common theme to these trips – food. They are most definitely about small backpacks, a camera and great food. Minimalist, bon viveur backpacking. Anyone who knows me will be fully aware my excitement is brimming for Hong Kong, wandering about aimlessly with my camera, eating as much street food as humanly possible and arriving home feeling like a right fat bastard.
